GLSMI aims to provide quality music education and student satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital and scheduled educational services, fees once paid are generally non-refundable. We request all students and parents to read course details carefully before making a payment.
The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
Registration/admission fees
Course or tuition fees after class commencement
Examination fees
Certificate and transcript processing fees
Digital content or downloadable materials
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
Technical or duplicate payment errors (verified with transaction ID)
Course cancellation by the institute due to internal reasons
Payment made but classes never started (and no materials were issued)
In these cases, the refund will be processed after verification and within 7–14 working days.

Include: Proof of payment, reason for request, contact details
All requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or original mode of payment
No cash refunds will be issued
Bank charges or service fees (if any) may be deducted
GLSMI does not offer partial refunds for missed classes, late joining, or student withdrawal midway through a course. However, we may consider batch transfers or rescheduling options, subject to availability.
In exceptional cases (medical emergency, relocation), students may apply for course postponement or a credit note, which can be adjusted against future courses. Proper documentation is required.
GLSMI reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website and app.
